Using gas generated by garbage to generate reliable electricity and heat, reducing its impact on the environment. Provide you with electricity through sustainable practices.
Modern waste treatment technology collects or produces methane gas through treatment processes. PAUWAY provides biogas generators to help you turn them into renewable fuels.
Distributed power plants for landfill and kitchen waste
Extend the service life and maintenance interval of equipment
Provide better output and reliability
Provide lower operating and maintenance costs
An effective solution, even with low levels of methane content
Reduce the impact on the environment
Application of methane in sustainable power generation in landfill/kitchen waste treatment
With the current focus on renewable energy and reducing carbon emissions, projects that convert landfill gas and kitchen waste into energy are gaining momentum.
These landfill/kitchen waste treatment companies use our biogas generators to convert waste into economically viable electricity.
Advantages of using landfill/kitchen waste treatment for biogas power generation:
Extend the service life and maintenance interval of equipment
Provide better output and reliability
Provide lower operating and maintenance costs
An effective solution, even with low levels of methane content
Reduce the impact on the environment
Adjust according to your needs
When organic waste decomposes, it produces biogas. It is composed of methane and a small amount of non methane organic compounds. During the gas treatment process, PAUWAY contributes to environmental protection by capturing the emitted methane (CH4). If these methane (CH4) escape into the atmosphere, it will exacerbate the greenhouse effect. After all, methane has a greenhouse effect 25 times that of carbon dioxide.
PAUWAY provides generator sets specifically designed for garbage disposal operations:
The crankcase ventilation pump is used to exhaust potential acidic exhaust gases.
The specially designed aftercooler core, cylinder head, main bearings, and connecting rod bearings are all hardened and corrosion-resistant
Different cooling systems operate at elevated jacket water temperatures to prevent the condensation of pollutants
Garbage treatment operators typically use blowers or vacuum to guide gas from collection points through a pipeline network to central facilities. In most developed urban waste sites, methane and carbon dioxide are destroyed in gas collection and control systems or utility torches. A sustainable alternative is to transfer gas from the torch to the PAIUWAY biogas generator set.
PAUWAY continues to research, develop, and provide gas fuel power generation/cogeneration (CHP) systems specifically designed for landfill/kitchen waste treatment. We have completed dozens of reference projects, and our efficient and complete engineering solutions have made PAUWAY a strong partner in garbage disposal.
